A few months ago, Mobile Brakes AR came out and checked my son's brakes on his Camry. He was told they did NOT need replacing. Honesty like that impresses me, especially in the auto repair business. So when my dealer told me that my rear brake pads needed replacing soon, I didn't even think of leaving my truck there. I called Mobile Brakes AR instead. Cesar came out did the job for about $65 less than the dealer wanted, and used better quality parts with a lifetime warranty. And it took less than 30 minutes. Honesty, quality, and professionalism...what more could you ask for?

If anyone is looking to get their brakes serviced you would be making a big mistake not to give this company an opportunity. I checked about eight different well known companies and found that most cost estimates I received were first based on the most basic type of brake job (new pads) with the person never explaining what the possibilities were which could increase the price. To add to this unknown dilemma, when it was all said and done prices varried about $80-$100 with the average price being $680 for new front and rear pads,new rotars in the front, and flushing my brake lines. The person who answered my call at Mobile Brakes who I later found out would be my technitian and co-owner of the company was very thorough in his assessment of my problem. He fully explained what his plan of action would be, was honest with his pricing and incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. To add icing on the cake, he was almost $300 cheaper than the average. When he arrived on time of his scheduled meeting at my apartmwnt, I knew that this would be a winning situation for me and him. I dont consider myself an auto repair expert much less a novice so I wanted to watch Cesar doing the repairs. He had no problem and in fact explained everything he was doing and why as he was doing it. He was respectful, very organized, and had a professional yet customer friendly appearance and attitude. Before he was finished, he made sure the area was clear of any debris from his work. I signed the credit transaction and within seconds i had a text with a link to my receipt. I received a lifetime warranty of the brake pads, 2 years on the rotars, and 6 months on labor. Caesar with Mobile Brakes is the only way to have your brakes serviced. I moved to San Antonio a year and six months ago and this was the best experience Ive had yet doing any kind of business with a local company or retail store. I rate this company a 20 out of 10!

Excellent service. Asked for a quote, received a phone call within hours. Appointment was set for the next day and at my place of residence which was very convenient. What a breath of fresh air and professionalism. This young man provided me a service that far outdoes anything else out in the market. He came directly to my home in Floresville, TX right on time as promised, performed a complete brake service job replacing all major components as discussed and did it in an alarming timely matter. I inspected his work and it was performed exactly as discussed leaving my garage as clean as he found it. This company is AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I am busy with little to no time to be sitting at a shop for my car, this company sent an awesome technician out to check my brakes and let me know what was going on!!! Not only did he do only the work needed but also told me about how long I could go before needing other work done that he noticed!!! Cesar provided fast, high-quality, and an affordable service. I can not remember any other time that I have had such a positive experience with an automotive repair service. All prices are here on the website, with no hidden fees, just as advertised. I've learned my lesson and will never return to any of the chain-store brake places, that always try to corner you with double talk and high-pressured up-selling services. Cesar was honest, straight to the point, and did the job at my house, and all for much less than I would have paid at one of the hijack stores. I will be a returning customer. Cesar came to my location, he was on time, Cesar inspected my brakes, informed me that I didn't need all the work I thought I did, but did inform me of another thing I did need. Even though the service was not talked about on the day I made my appointment with him, it still cost me less than the price first quoted, Cesar is very honest and very knowledgeable about his craft, I would recommend him to anyone.

I am so thankful that I found Cesar at Mobile Brakes because my brakes really needed to be replaced. When I called him on the phone, he was very polite and very professional, asking specifics about my vehicle.
On Saturday, November 3, he showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time of 9am. He was in uniform and ready to work.
It was so refreshing to be able to ask him questions and get a good education about the entire process. I was relieved that he was incredibly patient and willing to enlighten me with any other car related questions I had...the mark of a very good mechanic! (Truly a rare find these days!)

Brakesar provides an amazing service...it pays to check on reputation....no other service in San Antonio comes close to the reputation of these guys, and it's easy to see why. This is my first time using this service. The work was done promptly (about 35 minutes total).
The technician left a complete itemized list of the services he performed and his recommendations for further service - nothing outrageous, just what I needed done; no more, no less.
The pricing was fair (especially when you consider that the work was performed at my house - saving me from taking a day off from work.
The response to my initial email was very prompt as was the first available service date (the day after I called).
The technician was prompt and punctual to the appointment - did I mention that it was all completed in less than an hour?
I will most definitely be calling upon their services again to have my brake fluid flushed (one of the recommended future services) as well other services.
I can say that I can, and will, recommend their services to my friends, co-workers, and family with total confidence in their work!

Although other repairs were needed, they did not do them because they did not have prior approval from me. Most mechancis would just let you see it on the bill, but not these guys. The day I was scheduled to get my brakes done it was raining AND I was 10 minutes late to my own appointment! Wow. I am from Corpus Christi and had gone to San Antonio to see my son for Christmas. My brakes were making ugly noises and I knew it had to be the brake pads at least. I was afraid to drive the car and wasn't familiar with the area or whom to take my car to. All I know is that I needed to get my car fixed ASAP. I looked on the internet, called Meineke (which was outrageous) and Brake Check was too far for where I wanted to drive to. I saw BRAKES AR and when I read not only that they would come to you but the feedback that people wrote I thought I'd give them a chance. After searching Craigslist for the last 2 days calling so called brake specialist I gave up in waiting for a returned called. I came across Brakesar website, checked their good standing with the BBB, and wonderful reviews online...I decided to give them a try. Turnaround time from my initial voice message was 15 minutes. Ceasar was very polite on the phone and flexible with scheduling a next day appointment. He diagnosed the problem over the phone which later concur with the driving and visual inspection. He arrived to the location on time. I expected an old-greasy-dirty old man but instead I was surprise by a clean-cut professional young man. After the test drive he explained to me the problem and gave me a good education about the brake system (something not done at Midas). Rotors & brake! s were installed and the system flushed in less than 50 minutes. The warranty on the parts and labor is excellent and so was his advice. Finally, our family feel at peace knowing that when it comes to brake job in our vehicle...we no longer have to wait in a shop for hours and the mumble-jumble of mechanics pushing parts and labor. For those looking to invest in this youngman's business...now is the time. He has found a niche that is not found in the area; as far as no hidden cost, professional service, and warranty. Wow!

Now days it seems like nobody cares about how they can help you only how much money they can make off of you. With Caesar's company it was not like that at all! Talk about customer service, from the very first email at 6pm trying to get quote information where they took the time to answer every one of my questions to the last at 10pm setting up the appt. for the very next day I received nothing but fantastic, courteous service. They even came out to my office so that I didn't have to take additional time off and finished replacing everything very quickly. I called Cesar on Wednesday afternoon after I had an oil change done at a local car maintenance place. They had told me I needed new brakes immediately, but I didn't have time to do it that day nor the money. ( They quoted me 800+ bucks ). I got home that afternoon (we live in Canyon Lake area, so not too close to San Antonio) and searched online and came across Cesar's website. We were leaving town the next day and I really needed them done. He quoted me a price way less ( saved about 300 bucks) than I had received from the other company, plus he was driving out to Canyon Lake to fix MY brakes, I didn't have to drive back into town to get them fixed! What a time saver. He had an opening the next morning at 8 am and he was there 15 minutes early! He got the job done in about an hour all b! y himself, and I got to be at my house with my young son, and pack for our trip. It couldn't have been more convenient, and I was so lucky that he fit me in with less than 24 hours notice. Thanks Cesar! and my brakes are great! My experience with Ceaser has been extremely pleasant. I had him replace all 4 rotors and pads all around with a break flush on my Infiniti. He came out to my apartment
complex early on a Saturday morning and did the job much quicker than the dealership or any other shop. I don't believe he even had a markup on the parts, he charged me what I would have paid had I bought them myself from an auto parts store. Plus a lifetime warranty on the break pads means next time all I have to pay for is labor.

I was looking to get my brakes done, they were making some pretty strange noises. Looking on line I found BrakesAR, took a chance and gave them a call, Cesar was very polite, answered all my questions on the phone and gave me a quote over the phone that he stuck by. Told me what time he would be here and of course he was here exactly at that time, as he examined my suv he told me exactly what the problem was, showed me everything and told me everything he was doing as he was doing it. Wow! Amazing! Honest! Great Listener! Cesar truly cares! I was looking on the internet for telephone numbers of overpriced companies” and I came across an ad/link for a mobile break service. I read over Cesar website and realized this guy was in San Antonio. Well let me tell you a little bit about this guy! I gave Cesar a call told him the issues I was experiencing with my truck, Cesar was able to come out the same day and he was on time (it was raining and the weather man said we were to have snow)!!! He took the time to listen to my concerns, gave me a detailed explanation of the possible issues and test drove my truck. Cesar spent more time with me than any insincere, “overpriced” company. In my opinion this is what I call great customer service and did I mention, he has not even worked on my car,yet. This experience was just the initial FREE service call. With my particular situation, the problem could be pricy; however Cesar recommends a break change with the hopes of fixing the problem. Whatever the outcome I trust Cesar to the point I have paid in full before he has even worked on my vehicle. He is someone you can truly trust to do a great job. What more could you ask for, a mobile break service company that comes to you, a company that listens, cares, and is honest. I have told all of my friends about Cesar and it is my hope that if you are in the same situation as I was, not being able to drive your car because of your breaks, Cesar is the way to go! I had my brakes done yesterday by Cesar after having the replaced twice within a year, because of cheap brake parts used. A few months ago, Mobile Brakes AR came out and checked my son's brakes on his Camry. He was told they did NOT need replacing. Honesty like that impresses me, especially in the auto repair business. So when my dealer told me that my rear brake pads needed replacing soon, I didn't even think of leaving my truck there. I called Mobile Brakes AR instead. Cesar came out did the job for about $65 less than the dealer wanted, and used better quality parts with a lifetime warranty. And it took less than 30 minutes. Honesty, quality, and professionalism...what more could you ask for?

If anyone is looking to get their brakes serviced you would be making a big mistake not to give this company an opportunity. I checked about eight different well known companies and found that most cost estimates I received were first based on the most basic type of brake job (new pads) with the person never explaining what the possibilities were which could increase the price. To add to this unknown dilemma, when it was all said and done prices varried about $80-$100 with the average price being $680 for new front and rear pads,new rotars in the front, and flushing my brake lines. The person who answered my call at Mobile Brakes who I later found out would be my technitian and co-owner of the company was very thorough in his assessment of my problem. He fully explained what his plan of action would be, was honest with his pricing and incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. To add icing on the cake, he was almost $300 cheaper than the average. When he arrived on time of his scheduled meeting at my apartmwnt, I knew that this would be a winning situation for me and him. I dont consider myself an auto repair expert much less a novice so I wanted to watch Cesar doing the repairs. He had no problem and in fact explained everything he was doing and why as he was doing it. He was respectful, very organized, and had a professional yet customer friendly appearance and attitude. Before he was finished, he made sure the area was clear of any debris from his work. I signed the credit transaction and within seconds i had a text with a link to my receipt. I received a lifetime warranty of the brake pads, 2 years on the rotars, and 6 months on labor. Caesar with Mobile Brakes is the only way to have your brakes serviced. I moved to San Antonio a year and six months ago and this was the best experience Ive had yet doing any kind of business with a local company or retail store. I rate this company a 20 out of 10!

What a breath of fresh air and professionalism. This young man provided me a service that far outdoes anything else out in the market. He came directly to my home in Floresville, TX right on time as promised, performed a complete brake service job replacing all major components as discussed and did it in an alarming timely matter. Cesar provided fast, high-quality, and an affordable service. I can not remember any other time that I have had such a positive experience with an automotive repair service. All prices are here on the website, with no hidden fees, just as advertised. I've learned my lesson and will never return to any of the chain-store brake places, that always try to corner you with double talk and high-pressured up-selling services. Cesar was honest, straight to the point, and did the job at my house, and all for much less than I would have paid at one of the hijack stores. I will be a returning customer. On Saturday, November 3, he showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time of 9am. He was in uniform and ready to work.

This is my first time using this service. The work was done promptly (about 35 minutes total).
The technician left a complete itemized list of the services he performed and his recommendations for further service - nothing outrageous, just what I needed done; no more, no less.
The pricing was fair (especially when you consider that the work was performed at my house - saving me from taking a day off from work.
The response to my initial email was very prompt as was the first available service date (the day after I called).
The technician was prompt and punctual to the appointment - did I mention that it was all completed in less than an hour?
I will most definitely be calling upon their services again to have my brake fluid flushed (one of the recommended future services) as well other services.
I can say that I can, and will, recommend their services to my friends, co-workers, and family with total confidence in their work!

I was very pleased with the service that I recieved from BrakesAR. The price quoted was the exact price charged. Although other repairs were needed, they did not do them because they did not have prior approval from me. Most mechancis would just let you see it on the bill, but not these guys. The day I was scheduled to get my brakes done it was raining AND I was 10 minutes late to my own appointment! Wow. I am from Corpus Christi and had gone to San Antonio to see my son for Christmas. My brakes were making ugly noises and I knew it had to be the brake pads at least. I was afraid to drive the car and wasn't familiar with the area or whom to take my car to. All I know is that I needed to get my car fixed ASAP. I looked on the internet, called Meineke (which was outrageous) and Brake Check was too far for where I wanted to drive to. After searching Craigslist for the last 2 days calling so called brake specialist I gave up in waiting for a returned called. I came across Brakesar website, checked their good standing with the BBB, and wonderful reviews online...I decided to give them a try. Turnaround time from my initial voice message was 15 minutes. Ceasar was very polite on the phone and flexible with scheduling a next day appointment. He diagnosed the problem over the phone which later concur with the driving and visual inspection. He arrived to the location on time. I expected an old-greasy-dirty old man but instead I was surprise by a clean-cut professional young man. After the test drive he explained to me the problem and gave me a good education about the brake system (something not done at Midas). Rotors & brake! s were installed and the system flushed in less than 50 minutes. The warranty on the parts and labor is excellent and so was his advice. Finally, our family feel at peace knowing that when it comes to brake job in our vehicle...we no longer have to wait in a shop for hours and the mumble-jumble of mechanics pushing parts and labor. For those looking to invest in this youngman's business...now is the time. He has found a niche that is not found in the area; as far as no hidden cost, professional service, and warranty. Wow!

Now days it seems like nobody cares about how they can help you only how much money they can make off of you. With Caesar's company it was not like that at all! Talk about customer service, from the very first email at 6pm trying to get quote information where they took the time to answer every one of my questions to the last at 10pm setting up the appt. for the very next day I received nothing but fantastic, courteous service. They even came out to my office so that I didn't have to take additional time off and finished replacing everything very quickly. He fully explained everything to me which is great for somebody that knows nothing about cars. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for honest, trustworthy work!!!!

I called Cesar on Wednesday afternoon after I had an oil change done at a local car maintenance place. They had told me I needed new brakes immediately, but I didn't have time to do it that day nor the money. ( They quoted me 800+ bucks ). I got home that afternoon (we live in Canyon Lake area, so not too close to San Antonio) and searched online and came across Cesar's website. We were leaving town the next day and I really needed them done. He quoted me a price way less ( saved about 300 bucks) than I had received from the other company, plus he was driving out to Canyon Lake to fix MY brakes, I didn't have to drive back into town to get them fixed! What a time saver. He had an opening the next morning at 8 am and he was there 15 minutes early! He got the job done in about an hour all b! y himself, and I got to be at my house with my young son, and pack for our trip. It couldn't have been more convenient, and I was so lucky that he fit me in with less than 24 hours notice. Thanks Cesar! and my brakes are great! My experience with Ceaser has been extremely pleasant. I had him replace all 4 rotors and pads all around with a break flush on my Infiniti. He came out to my apartment
complex early on a Saturday morning and did the job much quicker than the dealership or any other shop. I don't believe he even had a markup on the parts, he charged me what I would have paid had I bought them myself from an auto parts store. Plus a lifetime warranty on the break pads means next time all I have to pay for is labor.

Cesar met me in the back of a parking lot near where I work, which was what was convenient for me, so the locations are truly flexible. The job was done in 40 minutes, and I was on my way. I was looking to get my brakes done, they were making some pretty strange noises. Looking on line I found BrakesAR, took a chance and gave them a call, Cesar was very polite, answered all my questions on the phone and gave me a quote over the phone that he stuck by. Told me what time he would be here and of course he was here exactly at that time, as he examined my suv he told me exactly what the problem was, showed me everything and told me everything he was doing as he was doing it. Showed me the old parts he took off my SUV and showed me exactly what was causing my problem. Wow! Amazing! Honest! Great Listener! Cesar truly cares! I was looking on the internet for telephone numbers of overpriced companies” and I came across an ad/link for a mobile break service. I read over Cesar website and realized this guy was in San Antonio. Well let me tell you a little bit about this guy! I gave Cesar a call told him the issues I was experiencing with my truck, Cesar was able to come out the same day and he was on time (it was raining and the weather man said we were to have snow)!!! He took the time to listen to my concerns, gave me a detailed explanation of the possible issues and test drove my truck. Cesar spent more time with me than any insincere, “overpriced” company. In my opinion this is what I call great customer service and did I mention, he has not even worked on my car,yet. This experience was just the initial FREE service call. With my particular situation, the problem could be pricy; however Cesar recommends a break change with the hopes of fixing the problem. Whatever the outcome I trust Cesar to the point I have paid in full before he has even worked on my vehicle. He is someone you can truly trust to do a great job. What more could you ask for, a mobile break service company that comes to you, a company that listens, cares, and is honest. I have told all of my friends about Cesar and it is my hope that if you are in the same situation as I was, not being able to drive your car because of your breaks, Cesar is the way to go! I had my brakes done yesterday by Cesar after having the replaced twice within a year, because of cheap brake parts used.
